Want to get your studio, gym, or community involved in National Fitness Day this year? Share on social media, or host your very own National Fitness Day workout or event!
How to get involved
The mission of National Fitness Day is to inspire others through the power of fitness. Celebrate National Fitness Day on social media using the hashtag #NationalFitnessDay, share how fitness is making a difference in your community, and encourage your community to work out and share what fitness means to them!
It's #NationalFitnessDay! Join us in celebrating strength and empowerment through fitness with @NationalFitnessDay. Tell us how you'll be getting your sweat on today, and what fitness means to you!
Promote your event to your local community, and submit it on the National Fitness Day website to be included in the map of national National Fitness Day events across the country!

Submit your event to be included on our website
This year we're raising money for non-profit Girls on the Run! If you choose to host your event as a donation class, feel free to consider sending your donations to your local Girls on the Run chapter, or charity of your choice!
Don't forget to let us know how much you raise so we can include your contribution in our final tally!
Print out our 'I workout to _____' cards and encourage people to share what fitness means to them. Set up a photo booth and encourage your participants to share on social media!
Set up the official Snapchat filter at your event location to encourage people to share photos with it!
How to upload your Snapchat filter:
- Go to the Snapchat website to create your own filter
- Click 'Upload' under 'Upload Your Own'
- Upload the National Fitness Day Snapchat filter
- Position so it fits within the cropped region
- Click 'Next'
